Work life balance with a caveat.
Cons
Laissez faire culture. A lot of deadwoods in the business. People who has been with the company for a long period of time when the world has changed and they haven’t got a clue. Poor compensation and irrelevant compensation philosophy. Great people always leave and those who stays lacks ambition and development to do better. Successfully low-balling candidates is seen as an achievement.
