Pros
Some coworkers are extremely supportive and helpful. They are a dime a dozen! The work is challenging and there is room for growth, fitness center and benefits are good. This company has potential if it resolves the culture and workload problem.
Cons
This company is severely understaffed and it’s no surprise why. A select few individuals disrespect others and push fear openly in meetings and it’s known and tolerated by management. Others ignore and make no effort to improve the culture. Expect a high workload with the false appearance of support. Many disengaged employees sit comfortably and maintain status quo
