Good benefits, poor culture - Independent Contributor Terumo Employee Review

High turnover for good reason. Company struggles to give clear direction and transparency. Goals of individual departments do no align with overall company goals. Quality system suffocates progress. Company claims to have work/life balance but everything is considered a "hot item" and needs to get done. Managers want to do better, but cannot lead their associates- instead they tell subordinates what to do and expect it to be perfect to their unexplained standards. Project work is rushed thru.
