Pros
High Compensation even for this industry, generally nice people, good quality products (not speaking to all of the internal product issues)
Cons
Poor upper management. There is no clear focus or direction. No big picture mentality. Decisions are never made or shared with the rest of the organization, making you jump through hoops to do your job. Politics. Day to day, management just seems to have huge private agendas, turning their back to issues at hand. With all of their "private planning", no improvements are ever made. But you will then be expected to know details to the organizations issues and how to solve them, without ever hearing a peep from your director on what's going on. Irrelevant "quiz questions" to keep your on your toes. Every opportunity to collaborate on issues at hand become a platform to be judged and delegated by the leadership team. You will spend 20 percent of your time doing your job, the rest is a mess.
