      Time freedom, autonomy over schedule (except team meetings), remote/WFH, decent salary, encouraging team, prioritizes personal wellness, doing work that impacts students in underserved communities

      Cons

      Many busy seasons conflict with personal wellness, too much admin work, and the threat surrounding AmeriCorps may decrease interest in prospective corps members
