Pros
Peers were great, the mission is a noble one, and TFA has done a lot in the past couple decades to shake off their white savior complex of the 90s (for the most part).
Cons
Upper management was abysmal, a good chunk of our department quit due to one manager and every single employee told HR about their behavior when leaving. That person is still there and thriving/getting promoted last I heard. TFA leadership plays favorites a lot and likes to ignore problems.
