      Pros

      strong benefits, incredible levels of responsibility you are given and opportunity to do meaningful work. shared values and integrity of the team. flexibility on location for central teams.

      Cons

      Leadership seems to be sort of out of touch with reality or struggling on communicating and caring for/developing staff like they used to do. Good people, not sure why the struggle to get it together on strategy and motivation.
