Room To Grow - Anonymous employee Tastemade Employee Review

Overall, not a bad place. I joined after Covid (post the DEI movement). I feel like Tastemade really tried to be an open minded space and welcome new ideas/ ppl. Unfortunately, those shifts were happening in real-time and the team was not very diverse at all. Very few POC. Everyone was generally nice, but you definitely realize you’re the “other” in the room if you ever deviate from your obligatory workplace code switch.
