Beyond that, we are undergoing a huge activity to ensure each employee at Tastemade (both individual contributors and managers) have a clear growth path that includes an understanding of competency based growth. We also launched a mentorship program in 2020 to program and promote professional development. Your pros section highlighted some of our favorite things about Tastemade. Pay equity and being an example for what an inclusive and equitable environment means is a priority to us.
