      Pros

      Good work life balance…. for some. Others are doing 3-4 job rolls and getting paid for 1.

      Cons

      Continually cut positions and tack on the those duties on existing rolls with zero compensation. They cut quality and wonder why certain brands are struggling.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
