- For fashion, is drawers in a nice/kind crowd - Most people leave the office on time, work/life balance seems achievable for most - London office is nice and smart
Cons
- Impossibly slow progression, strong cases for pay rises/promotions are ignored, but entertained enough to make you stay - Senior team across different brands/offices aren't aligned, creating unclear direction for larger business and a sense you can't please everyone - No enforcement or checking that managers are actually managing. Lack of regular feedback/direction
