      Pros

      It doesn’t get much better than weeks of PTO, mental health days and all sorts of perks. Depending on who you work for, no one really bothers you as long as you do your job.

      Cons

      Some upper management aren’t really qualified to lead, lacking the technical knowledge to properly support their team.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
