      great at taking care of employees mental health

      Cons

      The company doesn't do certain operational things efficiently, especially with the DC and inventory issues. Also requires unnecessary steps that creates additional work for no reason

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
