      -A lot of different policies to remember -Constant competition between brand channels convincing customers to buy retail vs outlet product -Many services to offer not enough staff to ensure services are met to a luxury standard

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
