      Worked on the IT side where the company was investing heavily. You get exposed to cutting edge and bleeding edge technology.

      Cons

      Favoritism is blatantly evident, and finger pointing for projects lags or failures is common.

      Great Place to work, great benefits, good work life balance, great office environment

      Cons

      strict hybrid schedule (Tues - Thurs) but you do get PTO and a lot of options to create a good balance
