      The management is horrible, training may seem extensive at first but once you begin you realize you are in way over your head.

      Cons

      There is no heads up for mass layoffs they put everyone in a zoom meeting, tell you and end the zoom meeting

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      Great lead and co worker are extremely kinda, the work is easy.

      Cons

      The hiring window are unclear. You can go 7-9 months seasonal without know if youre even being considered to be hired. No raises.
