      The only pro is a steady paycheck

      Cons

      - There is little to no respect for their employees - It's like pulling teeth to get any answer to a question you may have but they expect you to go above and beyond for them. - FMLA is a myth at this company.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
