Pros

- Work from home - Job stability - Regularly challenging and interesting fast paced work - Readily embraces and incorporates new technologies (though execution varies) - Low to no micromanagement

Cons

- Fragmented strategy execution across departments - Insular leadership teams resistant to change - Uncompetitive salaries and no corresponding increases for role changes/promotions - Annual pay-review window repeatedly shifts (Feb → Jul → Sep), effectively shrinking each year’s raise - All talk of career growth, little to no concrete development paths or execution
