      Pros

      I will just say everyone will have their own experience just based off of opportunity and personality at TTEC. I was blessed to have started off on the phones full time to having a long 2 years nearly with no phone time hardly. My contract didn't require for us to be on camera and it was 100% remote. I had some great leaders and a share of bad as well.

      Cons

      My bad for TTEC was the way I was forced to use my PTO for my contractors equipment issue. I lost my entire leave balance for something they nor I could control.

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Pros

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
