      management is nice, makes working more easier

      Cons

      not much growth, later hired employees earn quite a lot than tenured ones some colleagues who just got hired is paid 100% more than me who was hired 2 yrs ago and were basically doing the same job the same hours

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
