      If you do your job and do more you can get noticed. Getting past raises is nice but requires lots of effort

      Cons

      Unless you stand out in a positive way and make connections you will go no where. To much diversity and inclusion while excluding men.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
