Pros

WFH option and will always get support from L2 or L3 Good pay and benefits

Cons

You can get fired or terminated or ask to leave at any time, irrespective of their commitment or policy I was hired then got fired in 3rd week while in middle of the work, no email no call and the reason was told to me that there is no production and due to crisis/recession we are taking this step I can understand no production no salary. So cool I accepted it It's my luck or destiny, may be it will not happen to others and I wish it shouldn't happen
