There's no reason why this company should have more than 3 stars. CEO is media savvy and has employees pump up rating on social media.
Read TTEC core values, that's pretty much the spring board of the media propaganda.
Truly a brutal environment.
Absolutely no employee continuity.
Merit raises are virtually non-existent.
Bonuses are a joke.
The harder you work the more the company expects.
No real training, learn by doing or from you mistakes.
