      Pros

      Teletech has a nice working environment and the work experience and challenges will let you grow and become a better employee.

      Cons

      Everything is almost good in Teletech but their health card benefits are not employee and famly friendly because of the co-payment scheme and the compensation are not that competitive for other department.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
