      Great for getting sales experience and a first job

      Cons

      Mislead you about how much commision you can make. 85% never make commision. Those that do mostly average $150-$200 per month. High preasure, yelling, harassment and humiliation tactics from sales managers. They have a 100% turnover every 5 months. Because the economy is bab they do not seem to care

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
