Pros
Their Google program will allow you to get paid for 4 weeks while you get certified by Google AdWords. This is a great tool for finding a job elsewhere when you realize their base pay is barely enough to scrape by on.
Cons
Horrible pay and very little opportunity for upward movement. The base pay is barely enough to scape by on, and their commission structure is constantly changing, confusing, and in favor of Revana. It's hard to stick out in a crowd on so many reps. There is a lot of favoritism and it is a lot like the show Game of Thrones. Think about 20 people fighting for the same position.
