      Pros

      Great corporate building/location. The building is great, and their planned extras are nice (kids days, outdoor BBQs, yoga classes, walking group, etc.)

      Cons

      Management & Supervisors have a lack of communication between themselves. You're asked to work way more hours than needed due to communication breakdown between managers and supervisors and lack of pre-planning by them.

      Pros

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

      Cons

      back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
