Pros

The agent staff and coaches offer great support and tips to succeed. Team leans bend over backward to help agents at every turn.

Cons

Tech support. Usual response for problems is "you need to buy a new computer" or "you need to buy a new router." not realistic for a work from home minimum wage employee. Desktop software apps antiquated and unstable. Much improvement will be needed to keep this company viable.

Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
