Pros
The hour combinations offered accommodates all employees needs. The trainers I had were great teachers.
Cons
Pushed for number of call per hour, not proper handling of valued customers. Some people need you to take your time so they understand and don't feel rushed. The customers appreciate and remember when they are properly cared for. That's why I left TeleTech. I didn't feel I'd ever be fast enough for them on my calls.
