Pros
You work from home. The training is paid.
Cons
The training was sooooo unprofessional its ridiculous. The trainer was horrible and didnt know how to gain or keep control of the class, so we waster so much time waiting for the class to settle down like elementary school. Which means we had to end up speeding through the material so we were all really unprepared. When the whole class didnt get a concept because of the speeding that was mentioned before the trainer's reply was always "I promise you will get it when you take calls" There were so many tech issues, and you had to reboot a gazillion times a day. But you have to reboot and sign back into all 9000 of the programs in under 7 min or you have to get a ticket number from tech support to ensure that you were paid. But the funny thing is that I still wasnt paid. You have to pay $100 for a usb headset thats taken out of your check. You are supposed to be able to return it when you leave and get your money back. I was only refunded $30 and it was in pristine condition. The team leaders are horrible. You ask questions in chat while you are stuck on a call and no one answers. Instead you get passed around and another person asks what you need, but they never answer, so then another TL asks what you need, and you explain yet again, but no answer. Repeat this sequence at least 7-8 times, until the caller just hangs up. I am so glad I left Its was the worst. The company doesnt care about its agents at all.
