      Pay is decent but not great

      Cons

      Bonuses are highly unfair demontes veterans and minorities Facility smells like weed. There are sharp containers in the bathroom that's how rampent drus use is cause they don't drug test!!!

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
