      Not having to leave your house

      Cons

      Cannot get pay right Trainers are not from same department and don't know the material needed to train people Constantly being told to figure it out when you start to work, even at the expense of looking stupid on calls Being pushed out to the floor without fully being trained

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
