      Decent benefits, opportunities to advance, educational and certificaton opportunities are very generous; for the most part reated as valuable resource

      Cons

      Bureaucracy and petty politics inherent in any large office; long hours including weekends and evenings; some micromanaging from project managers and non-technical people insisting on making technical decisions

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
