      Great environment, freedom to act, salary, international exposure, opportunity to work with "500 Fortune" companies, career opportunities, diversification of business, leadership with experience.

      Cons

      Benefits packages could be better, still working on the process to tropicalize certain processes to adapt to local cultures, weak communication strategies.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
