      Pros

      Needed a job badly and being bilingual, I had the opportunity to work at TeleTech. It's a good place to work with people who are fun. I don't have a pro comment overall on management but I can recommend people to work here.

      Cons

      Job demands can be stressful. Depends on your job, but the daily work life of an associate is not that easy. Expect people to go away soon.

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

      Cons

      Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
