Pros

Technology is first-class. Pay is decent compared to other employers in the area. All I can say is that we really have the best tech in TeleTech.

Cons

Work requires you to meet the metrics which are sometimes unachievable. Maybe if you put your best effort you can reach it.

Friendly coworkers Your work helps the people you talk to

Cons

Management only promotes friends Constant layoffs Hours can change at any moment and schedules have a mandatory change after 3 months No path to long term employment given Leadership never on same page Constantly given "black out months" so you can't utilize off time. At worst, had a 5 month "black out" period. Was not given any extra pay to compensate
