Pros

I can't actually think of any pros to working for TTEC after they officially dismantled FCR and changed all the systems/policies over to the TTEC model.

Cons

Complete lack of transparency. Frequently changes expectations wildly without coaching, explanation, or even notification. Inconsistent expectations between teams performing the same position. No pay raises unless you get a promotion. (Promotion differentials are minimal.) Behind the scenes changes of pay structures without notification until your check is lower. For the last year I spent in this position, the entire team was incredibly overworked. There was far more expected of us than could reasonably be accomplished. We also could not take breaks without our workload being distributed to everyone else on the team, making their situation much worse.

Pros

Not a bad job for someone who needs the flexibility of working remotely.

Cons

Representatives were moved around quite a bit between different supervisors, which was both challenging and disappointing at times. It's always nice to be able to build a relationship with a set team/supervisor and be able to stick with that team for awhile.
