      Pros

      Working environment is great, your leads are relatively chill depending on which lob you have been assigned to.

      Cons

      Salary is not competitive instead one of the lowest. Very less opportunity for growth unless you are actively trying to appease managers and supervisors.

      Remote work, easy to work with.

      Cons

      Not much training, only 2 weeks provided and then QAs begin right away.

      Pros

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
