      Pros

      Pretty easy job just complete all your tasks on time and make sure to manage your team well , make sure to not get under any managers skin because they will certainly make it a mission to write you up or term you . Other than that I loved my team and my agents made it worth while , wish they paid more for the amount of work you do ..

      Cons

      Micromanagement , favoritism, gossip , nobody truly follows “seek first to understand “

      Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

      Cons

      Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

      Great benefits, great team (if you’re lucky)

      Cons

      You’ll be lucky if you stay with the team or company you were hired for after 2 years. Will not give you notice if you get laid off. Will use you as the worker to train their AI system for the job. Lack of support from management (again, depends on the team). Will wreck havoc on your mental health.
