      If you get a good/disciplined and organized school it is a joy to work for.

      Cons

      We did not get paid for school out days (holidays and breaks) You have to work summer school to be paid in the summer

      Small business Employees are usually cool

      Cons

      Low pay Have to ask for raises No bonus or incentives No insurance Very unorganized management Owner will try and make you feel stupid If you don’t know something Scheduling will be half done.
