      Well Structured process and Good team leads

      Late Sitting is only cons, otherwise, it was the best place and I really missed the TPS environment and regret to leave TPS

      Small business Employees are usually cool

      Cons

      Low pay Have to ask for raises No bonus or incentives No insurance Very unorganized management Owner will try and make you feel stupid If you don’t know something Scheduling will be half done.
