Plenty of time off Excellent benefits (tuition reimbursement, medical, 401k matching etc…) Flexible hours Great brand recognition On-going training Upward mobility

Cons

Many store managers are promoted who are not ready to lead others Too much tolerance for bad apples Way too many metrics Too many changes to the comp plan where we end up making less money To many errors calculating commission
