      Great benefits package Great culture focused on teamwork and improvement Very friendly environment No backstabbing

      Cons

      Pay maybe lower than other wireless carrieers but benefits should make up for it. Sales- highly competitive industry. T-mobile is a bit behind when it comes to mobile internet. This makes it challenging in the sales process.
