Pros
They have mediocre benefits. Depending who your manager is it can be a decent. They have a few different roles that you can possible go into if you don't like what you do.
Cons
Toxic work culture, HR and management gatekeep promotions based on; likability, how extroverted you are, loud obnoxious people get promoted easily, and very much a popularity contest. Bonuses are monthly but are inconsistent. Metrics are not sales based but you still get in trouble for not focusing on sales. Leadership sucks and demands from everyone even top performers get told they aren't good enough. Constantly told "feedback" is a gift to make sure you don't ever feel accomplished. Constantly pitted against each other to create tense work environments. Forced to do those "Best Places to Work" surveys. Benefits are not as great as they make it seem. The company makes so many mistakes and then makes representatives answer to customer with scripts that gaslight and ignore massive issues like data breeches that allows customers information to get stolen. They constantly tell you they want you to promote within the company and lead you to believe you'll be able to but realistically unless your willing to drink the T-Mobile cool-aid of it being the greatest place ever it won't happen. Biased and Racist leadership is pervasive in the company despite their constant inclusivity talks. The only people who last are on LOA and get to take extended leaves.
