      Pros

      Flexible hours, good pay, and great benefits. The company also gives a great phone discount plan and all the tools you need to feel comfortable when helping customers.

      Cons

      Some days are long with little to no customers, also the lack of complete and full disclosure on some policies causes confusion when being explained to customers.
