Pros
They give out phone to employee's before they launch sometimes so they we can get familiar with them.
Cons
If your not good in with the district manager or manager, you will never move up in the company. They don't care about their employee's or customer's. Managers always get mad if you don't close the sale, even if they know that its not for the customers.
