Pros

great discount, leaders are hands-off.

Cons

Lack of communication between the RSM and their Market Managers; unrealistic expectations for performance. Poor labor budgets for stores - come on 144 hours with 40 for me and 104 for my team, for ONE WEEK? And we are expected to take time to go over every detail with a customer? Do you realize how many people walk out because they hate waiting????
