      Pros

      Good benefits including health care, PTO, and compensation. Chaotic environment where they strive for mediocrity so if you like to be busy, you will always have something to do and never be bored. There are no standards so there are no rules to follow.

      Cons

      Horrible management. Senior management is buzz word savvy and like to micro manage. It's a good ol' boys network so women should go into it understanding that they will never get the opportunities nor compensation that their male counterparts will get. Deadlines make the sound of little jet planes zooming past your ears although your goals, reviews, and compensation are based on them.
