Pros

T-Mobile is a very large company but you feel like you are part of a close knit family. They care about your individual success and want to make you the best you can be at your job by providing training and individual coaching from management. T-Mobile has a value system that the entire company truly lives by from the CEO to a customer care representative to a distrabutions manganger. It does not matter which department you work in; the values are used as a measuring tool to help rate your performance and to help you grow in your career. This is what truly helps T-Mobile separate itself from the rest of the wireless industry and is on it's way to being a world-class customer service organization.

Cons

The reporting system seems flawed. There are too many reports that show incorrect data which in turn leads to confusion about performance in some cases. It also seems that in some areas there is a lack of communication between different departments, for example when there is a transfer within the company that employee should be able to update their information in one area and all the other areas should be updated. Also, the T-Mobile brand as a whole is not nearly as known as a Verizon or At&t and more advertising about the award winning customer service and the quality of the network would be helpful for the entire company. There also could be more team building events that would help build morale within a specific team and help individuals get to know their fellow co-workers.
