Pros

Ever since the sprint T-Mobile merger, this whole merger is an absolute joke! There is no training, management doesn’t give a f about anything and does not care about employees or how the stores are run! I would never recommend working here! They are very heavy on part time so you will never get a full time position because they are cheap and only care about the big guys pay! They don’t care about retail Employees! There is absolutely no training on T-Mobile systems for sprint employees! YOU WILL BE VERY MICROMANAGED! Do not work here! Do not apply here you will regret it! Do not believe these other reviews! They are fake!

Cons

You can’t make money if you aren’t being trained! They do not Listen to employees who speak the truth! They are scared! Pay and hours suck! They hire managers who sit on their butts all day and don’t do a dang thing all day! Just sit there and do nothing! These managers are supposed to be running a training store but have had no training themselves! All these fake reviews because T-Mobile is scared because employees are dropping like flies! I will not quit and I will wait to be fired or laid off to collect unemployment since I know and see everything that goes on and it is all documented! I will write a book once this happens! I have screenshots documentation that has been sent to hr voicemails proving this company does absolutely nothing!

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
